The Burgess Optical HD Red Oak Tripod is a heavy duty tripod suitable for mounting both lightweight and heavy binoculars.

The top of the HD Red Oak Tripod includes an azimuth mount that rotates on a Teflon^® or PTFE bearing. Attached to the top bearing are three tripod legs that are joined mid-length with a chain. The chain prevents the legs from splaying.

Available accessories include the Red Oak Parallelogram Mount and the HD Red Oak Parallelogram Mount.
